Canon Nordic · 2026
This project was a hands-on content collaboration with Canon Nordic to mark the release of the new Canon EOS R6 V camera. From the perspective of a professional filmmaker and content creator, the campaign focused on an authentic, real-world exploration of the camera's capabilities and its integration into a modern production workflow.
The primary goal was to thoroughly test and showcase the new Canon R6 V's features in practical, demanding shooting scenarios. Rather than a purely technical breakdown, the brief was to document how the camera actually feels and performs in action. The objective was to translate its specifications into a relatable narrative that demonstrates exactly how the gear serves a filmmaker's creative and professional needs.
I took the Canon R6 V directly into the field, putting it through its paces in genuine production environments. I focused on testing its autofocus, dynamic range, and overall ergonomics to see how it handled the rigorous demands of both video and still photography. The content was designed to be immersive, showing not just what the camera captured, but the behind-the-scenes reality of operating it. I directed, shot, and edited a series of visual pieces that highlighted my genuine user experience.
- Cinematic video content tailored for social media channels - High-quality still photography demonstrating the camera's visual output - Behind-the-scenes material highlighting the camera in practical use
The resulting social media campaign provided an authentic, field-tested perspective on the new Canon R6 V, successfully bridging the gap between technical specs and real-world application. By framing the camera's capabilities through the lens of a working filmmaker, the content resonated strongly with the creative community, driving meaningful engagement and providing Canon Nordic with relatable, high-end promotional material.
