A few practical terms before work starts
Payment is split into 50% when the order is confirmed and 50% before publication. The delivery schedule starts once the advance payment and required materials have arrived.
A review round covers adjustments to the agreed content, photos, colours and minor layouts. Additional pages, features and extensive changes are quoted first, normally at €85/hour + VAT with a 30-minute minimum.
For 30 days after launch, I fix implementation defects against the agreed scope without an extra charge. New requests are not covered. Domain registration and paid third-party services are separate costs.
Your business owns its provided content and should be the domain holder. Reusable underlying templates remain reusable by RCTIC. The site's access, delivery and any later migration are documented in the project agreement.
These are the standard package principles. The final scope, maintenance responsibilities and any data-processing arrangements are confirmed in the written agreement before ordering.

We can agree on hosting, security and technical updates, plus a clearly limited amount of small content changes. The domain remains registered to your company where possible. Recurring work, response times and the handover process are documented rather than hidden in a vague monthly fee.

Includes hosting, HTTPS, technical upkeep, appropriate backup arrangements and one small content update each month (up to 15 minutes). Unused time does not carry over. Support requests are normally answered within two business days; no 24/7 guarantee.

Frequently asked questions
Can we start with a single page?
Yes. A clear one-page website is often enough to explain a service, build trust and give visitors a direct route to contact.
Are these templates finished customer websites?
No. Essential, Studio and Business are fictional live demo concepts. Your own site would use your company name, material and agreed content.
Is photography or video included?
Not automatically. I can also produce professional photographs and video for your new site, quoted as additional services.
Who owns the domain name?
I recommend that the domain be registered in your company's name. Ownership, hosting access and what happens when maintenance ends are agreed before delivery.
What does the €49/month website maintenance include?
Care includes hosting, HTTPS, technical upkeep, agreed backups and one small content request per month, up to 15 minutes. Unused minutes do not carry over. Larger changes are quoted separately. The agreement continues until cancelled with one month's notice.
Does a website automatically rank high on Google?
No honest provider can promise that. I build a sound technical foundation, then search performance depends on relevance, content, competition and ongoing work.
